Pre visit information

Hi,
Many thanks for visiting the Hungary stand earlier.

Please click here for some additional information which includes links to video clips and details of the Viewing Trip.
Some of the properties you saw on the exhibition stand you will find on the estate agents website by clicking here.

Other properties on display are new and haven’t been added to the website as yet – at this stage do not worry if you can’t find properties that float your boat – please let me have a wish list with an approx. budget and Eszter or Aniko in the Hungarian office will help identify suitable properties for you.

What next?
If you like what you have seen why not consider a trip over to Hungary to check things out for yourself.
Despite booking at short notice flights to Budapest are normally inexpensive. Flights in May and June are still reasonable especially Ryanair from East Midlands – as little as £21.99 one way!!
Other airports that connect to Budapest and details of our £69 Wizzair from Birmingham £25.99 and flights from Luton are at £34.
Be rest assured you will be well looked after as soon as you arrive at the airport. Should you have any concerns about the viewing trips I can provide you with contact details of other families who have already experienced Hungarian hospitality.

In the meantime should you need any further help or wish to discuss further then please feel free to contact me on either of the numbers below.

Some fantastic new properties were added to our database recently, many from my favourite area of Dég close to where I also own a holiday home. I have included two brilliant offers in the newsletter, a partly renovated charming farmhouse with outbuildings and a good sized plot backing on to a forest and a spacious character property with several outbuildings. Please take a look at our website to check all of them out, or visit our Hungarian partner’s website for even more selection.

We have a brilliant viewing trip offer: £69 for a 3 night Viewing trip – stay at a nice B&B at Lake Balaton to view properties and get to know the area and then spend an additional night at a Deluxe hotel in Budapest one of Europe’s most beautiful cities.

Please make sure you call or email us before you book your flight for your viewing trip!
Finally, please make sure you add my email address to your contacts/ address book to make sure you receive my emails and newsletters.

regards
Steve
