Ex-patriot clubs

You Are Not Alone

Balaton ex patriotes club

The transition to living abroad should be a liberating experience but you will need as much help and support as possible. I fully understand the need to meet new people and make new friends and to this end I would be more than happy to introduce you to some fellow English speakers that live close by. There is also an active ex patriot club with around 150 members, which meets monthly, giving you an opportunity to meet lots of new people. We have recently introduced our new mentor scheme where local expats will show you around, help you with activities such as setting up a bank account, finding a gardener, or a builder and meeting new people to make the transition to living abroad as seamless as possible.

A challenge indeed but once overcome the Hungarian lifestyle tends to favour an increasing number of Brits and Irish.
